Parcel has been returned back to sender
I ordered for ring from your end and I got an email that it has been shipped to London and it will be delivered very soon. Unfortunately, when I tracked today I realised the parcel has been returned back to the sender.
I called the courier service which is UPS and they said I should contact you.
I need the item urgently for a program.
